How does it work?
Select the network operator according to your recipients mobile number. Choose a topup amount from the dropdown menu. Click 'BUY NOW' and enter your recipients mobile number. If you are topping up your own phone, tick the box that says 'I am topping up my own phone'.
Before clicking the 'PAY' button, you will need to enter your email address and mobile number if you are sending the topup to another phone. Then you can enter your debit or credit card details and purchase the topup.
What is the difference between the topup options?
PIN: You will receive a pin code by email. You call your network operator and enter this pin.
DATA: Depending on your network operator, you will either receive a pin code by email or your mobile will be automatically credited.
CREDIT: Your mobile will be automatically credited.
BUNDLE: Depending on your network operator, you will either receive a pin code by email or your mobile will be automatically credited.
How much can I topup?
There are different topup amounts depending on the network operator you select.
Can I get a refund if my topup does not reach the recipient?
Yes, you can request a refund in your account areas order history.
You have two options. Resend the topup to your recipient, or request a refund in your accounts order history.
